Terms of Use.

These rules apply to everyone who uses Listrated. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them.

Last updated: September 20, 2026

1. What Listrated is

Listrated is a platform where you build your profile and organize your life in media: games, anime, manga, movies, series, books and music — with your own lists, ratings, reviews and highlights.

The service is under continuous development: features may be added, changed or removed at any time.

2. Who can use it

Minimum age: 13. Between 13 and 18, use requires the consent and supervision of at least one parent or legal guardian, as set out in article 14 of the Brazilian data protection law (LGPD).

If we identify an account belonging to someone under 13, it will be closed and the data deleted.

One person, one account. You are responsible for everything that happens in your account and for keeping your password secret — tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Rules of use

By using Listrated, you agree not to:

  • post illegal or violent content, sexual content involving minors, or content that incites hate, discrimination, harassment or violence;
  • post spam, chain messages, scams, phishing or malicious links;
  • impersonate another person, a brand or Listrated itself;
  • harvest other users' data through scraping, bots or unauthorized automation;
  • circumvent technical limits, test vulnerabilities without authorization, overload the infrastructure or interfere with the service;
  • resell, sublicense or redistribute third-party content you have no right to;
  • work around blocks, suspensions or restrictions applied to your account.

Profiles are public by default: what you post can be seen by anyone with the link and indexed by search engines. Keep that in mind before posting.

4. Content you upload

You keep ownership of what you upload. Lists, ratings, reviews, text, images, audio and video are yours — we claim no ownership over them and we do not sell them.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload. By uploading any image, audio, video, text or other file, you represent and warrant that you hold the necessary rights, or the rights holder's authorization, to use and display it on Listrated — including the image rights of any people portrayed.

To run the service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free and revocable license to store, process, resize and display that content within Listrated (including on your public profile pages and in link previews). The license ends when you remove the content or delete your account, except for cache and backup copies kept for a limited time.

6. Reporting and content removal

If you are a rights holder and found infringing content on Listrated, write to contato@listrated.com with the subject Content removal, including: the exact link, a description of the work, proof of ownership or authorization, and your contact details.

We may remove, unpublish or restrict access to any content that is reported, potentially infringing, or in breach of these Terms — with or without prior notice, depending on how serious the case is.

Repeat copyright infringement leads to suspension or permanent termination of the account.

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake, reply to the same email explaining why and the case will be reviewed.

7. Suspension and account termination

We may warn, limit features, temporarily suspend or permanently terminate any account that breaches these Terms, the law or third-party rights, or that puts the platform's security and stability at risk.

In serious cases — illegal content, fraud, attacks on the infrastructure — the measure is immediate and without prior notice.

You can close your account whenever you want. The Privacy Policy explains how to request deletion and what happens to your data.

Closed accounts may have their username released for future use.

8. Service availability

Listrated is provided “as is” and “as available”, with no guarantee of uninterrupted, error-free operation, and no guarantee that third-party data is correct or complete.

There may be maintenance, instability, loss of sync with external services, and changes or discontinuation of features — including integrations that depend on third-party APIs, which may change their rules or shut down at any time.

Keep your own copy of anything important to you: we do not guarantee recovery of lost data.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Listrated is not liable for:

  • indirect damages, lost profits, loss of data, opportunity or reputation;
  • content posted by users, including content that is offensive, incorrect or infringing;
  • unavailability, failure, delay or error of third-party services (authentication, media APIs, hosting, storage);
  • unauthorized access resulting from carelessness with your password or device.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that Brazilian law does not allow to be excluded, in particular under the Consumer Protection Code.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes are flagged on the site and the date at the top of this page changes.

Continuing to use Listrated after an update means you accept the new version. If you disagree, close your account.

11. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law — in particular the Internet Civil Framework (Law 12.965/2014) and the LGPD (Law 13.709/2018). For consumer matters, the courts of the user's domicile apply.
